The Smoked Carrot or is a tough, candied, dried and smoked carrot. We use this Smoked Carrot as a vegetable ingredient and meat substitute in a delicious sandwich with sauerkraut, fried onions and dune mayonnaise. This healthy and special carrot was developed by two-star chef Edwin Vinke as a responsible and hearty snack.
The Zeppie Meal Kids Box is the favorite dish of, you guessed it, Zep de Zeemeeuw! The kids can choose from a frikandel, croquette or cheese soufflé. Of course with fries, applesauce and don't forget the fun toy. Empty plate? Time for dessert!
